First-Class Providers

Every physician and facility in the Longitude network has been individually selected for their history of providing excellent care. Our purpose-built network approach means we can negotiate transparent, direct contracts that benefit both providers and members.

Network providers are compensated through a predictable per-member-per-month (PMPM) payment. Detailed provider information, including physician rosters and facility addresses, is available to enrolled members and prospective plan partners — contact us to learn more.

Specialty Coverage Areas

Longitude's network covers the specialties and facility types that generate the most referrals and unmet need for our plan partners — built to handle up to 90% of common specialty, surgical, and outpatient needs through one relationship.

Orthopedic Surgery

Arthroscopic knee and shoulder procedures, ACL repair and reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, cartilage repair, and related musculoskeletal surgical care.

ENT (Otorhinolaryngology)

Ear, nose, and throat surgical and diagnostic services including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, sinus endoscopy, and eardrum repair.

Urology

Outpatient urological care including kidney stone management, prostate and bladder conditions, urinary incontinence, and outpatient surgical procedures.

General Surgery

Hernia repair, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, soft tissue masses, skin lesions, lymph node excisions, breast lumpectomy, and pilonidal cyst care.

Cardiology

Outpatient cardiovascular care including heart catheterization, angioplasty, echocardiography, stress testing, cardiac imaging, and pacemaker management.

Gastroenterology

Diagnostic and screening colonoscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), and outpatient GI evaluation and management.

Outpatient Imaging

MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound through contracted outpatient imaging centers across the Oklahoma City metro. PET scans excluded.

Outpatient Laboratory

Over 500 of the most common outpatient lab tests, representing over 95% of outpatient labs performed — through contracted lab partners with multiple metro locations.

Outpatient Physical Therapy

Post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal therapy, sports rehabilitation, dry needling, and joint mobilization — at outpatient locations across OKC, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, and Mustang.

Breast Health

Screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound-guided biopsy, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast cyst aspiration, lumpectomy, and bone densitometry.

Geographic Coverage

Longitude's network spans the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area — with planned expansion into additional markets as our plan partnerships grow.
