A dedicated Patient Advocate walks alongside you to coordinate appointments, answer questions, and handle the administrative details that so often get between patients and good care. For covered services — up to 90% of what most members will ever need — there are no copays, deductibles, or confusing statements to decipher. Our promise is simple: high-quality care from familiar physicians and facilities, delivered by a team whose only job is making sure you get the right care at the right time.

Meeting Your Patient Advocate

We believe that having the right person to help you navigate some of the complexities of healthcare will improve outcomes and minimize frustrations. Your Patient Advocate is a real person assigned to you when you enroll — not a call center, not a directory. They know your network, they know your coverage, and they're there to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

How to Use Your Benefit

Visit Your Primary Care Doctor
Start with your PCP. If you need specialty care, ask for a referral to a Longitude network specialist.

Contact Your Patient Advocate
Your Patient Advocate will confirm coverage and coordinate scheduling directly with the specialist's office.

Receive Care — No Cost at Point of Care
Attend your appointment. Covered services are delivered without out-of-pocket cost — no bills, no statements to reconcile.

Your Advocate Follows Up
Your Patient Advocate coordinates any follow-up care, additional referrals, or questions about coverage.
